空心方桩根底规划中,基桩与承台相连的上节桩上部(或其他桩节的部分)在结构上有灌芯要求。本图集空心方桩在选用先张法离心工艺成型的预应力高强混凝土空心方桩的根底上,选用工厂预先填芯工艺,然后构成部分实心预应力离心混凝土空心方桩(以下简称“预填芯方桩”)。在桩顶与根底承台的衔接中,本图集选用预应力钢棒作为衔接钢筋,并经过六角头穿芯孔螺丝锁定于端板的预应力张拉孔上,能做到与空心方桩内预应力钢筋等强度衔接,关于抗拔桩传力更直接,使桩与根底承台的衔接更牢靠。本图集空心方桩按是否预先填芯分为预填芯方桩和非预填芯方桩两类。预填芯方桩大多数都用在方桩根底工程中与承台衔接的最上节桩,也适用于桩基根底规划中要求对空心方桩灌芯的其他部位的桩节。选用本图集产品,能有实践效果的削减现场施工工作量、缩短工期、节省资料、削减实践工程造价,具有杰出的经济效益。
3.1.1 抗震设防烈度为7度及7度以下区域的一般工业与民用建(构)筑物根底工程。抗震设防烈度为8度的区域,仅适用于非液化土、细微液化土场所,且结构高度不超越24m的多层建(构)筑物。
3.1.2 首要接受竖向受压、受拉的低承台桩基。当用作接受水平荷载为主的桩基工程时,应按照结构类型、荷载巨细、场所条件等要素归纳考虑后选用或进行专门规划。
3.1.3 素填土、杂填土、淤泥质土、粉土、黏性土、稍密及中密的砂土等场所。
3.1.4 空心方桩混凝土抗渗等级不低于P10且选用闭口形桩尖时的微、弱腐蚀场所;特别情况下,具有中等腐蚀场所若需选用方桩根底,应进行专门防腐蚀规划。
3.2.1 空心方桩难以压入或打入、基岩上覆土层较薄且倾斜度较大的场所。
3.2.2 桩端持力层以上掩盖有深厚软土层(桩身范围内从桩顶算起超越5m以上)的淤泥、淤泥质土、欠固结土、松懈填土等或有较厚液化土层(桩身范围内大于桩长50%)的场所,且桩端直接支承在中风化、微风化岩层上,或中风化岩面上只要较薄的强风化岩层。
3.2.3 软土地基的桩基周边地上接受大面积的较大堆载或接受部分较大荷载的桩基工程。
3.2.4 桩端持力层为遇水易软化且埋藏较浅的风化岩层(桩端以上2m范围内按《修建桩基技术规范》JGJ 94第4.1.13条的要求经工厂预填芯的方桩在外)。
